NKC Terms and Conditions
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Fees will only be refunded if the 2024 championship is cancelled.
If you have chosen either the full or part subscription, you agree for a subscription to be setup using the same payment method. Payments will start on or around 1st January 2024 and continue until the last payment on or around 1st September 2024 (9 payments total). Subscriptions can be cancelled in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If cancelled, no previous payments will be refunded. You will be eligible to race in the next meeting of the payment month if applicable. For example, if your last payment is on around 1st May 2024, you will be able to race in Round 2. Subscribers will have tyres shipped to them by the supplier. First set will be available in April and second set in August. Further details will be shared about tyre distribution early in 2024. Entry to the O plate is not included in the subscription.
Entry fees are non-refundable. At the discretion of NKC, race entry fees may be transferred to a future event.
NKC reserve the right to refuse entry to any driver.
Race meetings may be shortened due to events outside of NKC control. In this circumstance entry fees will not be refunded, either partially or in full.
Fees will be refunded under the following circumstances only:
- Race meeting cancellation – refund of entry fee or transfer to future event.
- Driver injury preventing participation – partial refund of entry fee may be offered at the discretion of NKC.
Drivers must comply with the regulations and must behave in a safe manner both on and off the track. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from one or more events. Drivers excluded from events will not be eligible for a refund. NKC reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or persons from our events.
All persons attending an event must follow the published rules and procedures. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the circuit grounds.
Where NKC are managing pit bays, all fees are non-refundable.
